Andrew Tilt is the Chief Financial Officer of Winston Artory Group, bringing over a decade of experience in fintech, capital markets, and structured finance. He began his career at Citigroup, raising billions in capital for corporate issuers on the firm's restructuring-focused asset based lending desk, before moving into high-growth startups and alternative lending. Prior to joining WAG, Andrew led the innovation team at Lev, a tech-enabled commercial real estate finance company; served as Head of Capital Markets at CasaOne, a digital marketplace focused on FF&E; and launched the asset backed securitization program at Theorem Partners, a $2BN quant credit fund. Outside of work, Andrew has developed a passion for the arts and film, serving on the board of the Coconut Grove Film Festival in Miami. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard College.
