About the role
We’re hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of user interfaces that bring AI-powered tools and data-driven insights to life. You’ll build core components of both our client-facing platform and internal workflow tools, enabling collectors, specialists, and advisors to interact with valuation data, collection analytics, and AI-generated insights in real time.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. We move fast using tools like Cursor and Claude Code, and actively leverage AI in our product and development workflows. If you’re excited about shipping production software with AI as a core tool, you’ll thrive here.
What you'll do
Build responsive, performant UIs using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Lead architectural decisions around state management, caching, and frontend infrastructure
Translate product and AI-driven features into elegant user experiences. For example:
Data rich and interactive client portal
Collection management systems
Internal Appraisal tools
Develop modular, accessible, and reusable frontend components
Collaborate across disciplines to quickly prototype, test, and iterate on new features
Contribute to frontend infrastructure including CI/CD, error tracking, and automated testing
Qualifications
Have a B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years of frontend development experience, ideally in fast-paced teams
Are fluent in React and TypeScript, with a track record of building production-grade web apps
Are excited to work in a modern AI-native stack, using tools like Cursor and integrating AI into daily development
Bring a product mindset and care about design fidelity, performance, and accessibility
Have experience integrating with REST and GraphQL, and know how to handle async data and edge cases gracefully
Are comfortable working on apps that rely on real-time data, user authentication, or dynamic content
Know how to structure scalable, maintainable codebases and reusable UI systems
Thrive in fast-paced environments with high ambiguity and tight feedback loops
